Investing for the future As part of our continual improvement program within Druck Services, we have installed a second automated calibration rig at our HQ in Leicester, UK.
The use of an Auto Rig improves the turnaround time (TAT) of calibration for pressure devices, including portable calibrators and Air Data Test Systems (ADTS).
Through automation, Druck Services is able to reduce the impact of human error in the calibration process, resulting in a higher quality calibration with a much faster TAT.
Using proven technology Druck Services has used the market leading PACE Pressure Controllers to control pressure to the unit under test.
The use of CM2 and CM3 control modules offers high accuracy calibration for all Druck pressure equipment, including portables, PACE Pressure Controllers and ADTS.
This upgrade to use Druck equipment in an automated calibration rig is part of our continuous improvement journey.
